1.Book Reading

  • Now you should start reading because it was one of the habits of highly successful and influential people
  • What you get by reading is that when a person wrote a book he had collected his/her experience of decades or more in a few pages and you got the idea/experience in a very short period
  • So I highly recommend reading books and the rest is upon you
2.Away From Loneliness
  • These 5 lac people were not alone at all, they love to be in a family, group or with friends
  • I mean they were not like those people who lock themselves in a room and they just cut off themselves from the society

  • This might seem a little not liking to some readers but I can bet it that it is one of the best habits you can have

  • These 5 lac successful people have the habit of helping someone every day and that helping will be in any form e.g charity, saying good words, caring for others, doing good with others, etc
  • Even removing a stone from the way is a good deed, because maybe someone can be fell on the ground due to that stone

But here is a problem these habits give us pleasure in reading & listening to it but when it comes to implementing these habits in our daily life then it becomes very hard for us. But reading and listening to such positive lines will not help anyone of us until we are not taking action on them or implementing them in our's life
And these habits are not hard to apply in your daily life but we have to know that how should one implement it in our daily life.
A simple trick to developing/adapting any habit is STARTING with SMALL.
let say if you want to develop/adapting the habit of reading books and let say it is your first day and you read for 1 hour then it will never work the same on the upcoming days because you did not start with small.
You must be reading for 5 to 10 minutes a day and eventually, you will raise this time by yourself because it will become your habit then,and the same is the case with adapting any kind of habit.
It is like smoking cigarette on your 1st day.
You Smoke Half, then on the next day you smoke a full cigarette and then over time when smoking becomes your habit you will not be satisfied even by a smoking full pack of cigarettes in a day SO:_
